More on Acceptance of the Negative

I wish to draw attention to the following lines in the last paragraph taken from this newspaper clipping: "They found that paradoxically, low self-esteem participants' moods fared better when they were allowed to have negative thoughts than when they were asked to focus affirmative thoughts."

This in a way validates that "Accepting the Negative" is more important than Being Positive as that does not seem to work at times. 

An outlook of  "Being Positive for the Negative too" has helped me in moments when Positive Affirmations did not seem to be working and were in fact making me more stressful. 

And so it is...
